فعلاً بطَل في اشي مستحيل هالأيام و خصوصاَ في بلد العجائب "دبي"، من بعد ما بنوا مدينة ثلجية كاملة علشان اهلها يحسوا بالبرد مع العالم ، و هي مشروع تاني مشابه اله ...

المقادير

علبة 170 غرام من قشطة نستله
كوبان أو500 مل من الحليب السائل
ملعقة كبيرة من ماء الزهر
40 شريحة صغيرة من القطايف الجاهزة
½ كوب أو50 غرام من الفستق المطحون للزينة
كوبان أو500 مل من القطر

طريقة التحضير:


- تُمزَج قشطة نستله مع الحليب السائل . يوضع المزيج على النار حتى يغلي ويتكاثف مع التحريك المستمر. يُضاف إليه ماء الزهر ويُحَرَّك ثم يوضع جانباً حتى يبرد.
- تُحشى كل دائرة من القطائف بملعقة صغيرة كاملة من القشدة المحضّرة والمبرّدة ويُلصَق طرفا القطائف بإحكام من جهة واحدة فتظهر القشدة من الجهة الثانية.
- تُغمَس كل قطعة من القطائف من الجهة غير الملصقة في الفستق المطحون.
- تُصَفّ القطائف على صحن كبير وتُقَدَّم مع القطر.
إقتراح: تُزَيَّن القطائف بمعقود زهر البرتقال مع القطر.

so yesterday was my birthdaay yaai ,but nth. special happend ,well me in qatar wut would happen aslan sawa2 special or not ..

the thing i liked that i got two beautiful gifts i wanted them this yr from mom and sis. ,a watch that i liked so much w i was planning to buy bs ashtghil ,w the second was a ta3lee2a w sinsal white gold the ta3lee2a was "قل أعوذ برب الفلق"

last but not least ,i thank all my friends who remembred my birthday ,through msgs ,phone calls and also facebook .. :D

مرحبا , كيفكم ؟؟ أنا دانا من نابلس , فلسطينية و مش فلسطينية ، حاملة الجواز و الجنسية الأردنية و ما بعرف اشي عن نابلس إلا اسم قريتنا اللي احنا منها

خلال هاي السنة و تحديدا و انا بآخر فصل الي بالجامعة ، قررت انزل على الضفة , و السبب اني زي ما حكيت بالأول فلسطينية و مش فلسطينية ، يعني بس بالإسم ، و فعلاً اعلنت لأهلي هادا القرار ، ابوي من خوفوا علّي قاللي روحي اذا بتقدري توصليها و هادا خلاني ازيد اصراري عالنزلة

...للأسف كانت عندنا هاي الصيفية أعجق صيفية ، العرس و الناس و العجقة بعدوني عن حلمي

بس اليوم رجعت طرحت الموضوع على أهلي مرة تانية ، لقيت تشجيع أكبر ، معقول عشاني كبرت شوي و صرت مسئولة ؟؟

..كل اللي بتمناه هلأ انه تزبط الشغلة و أوصل أرضي ، ماما نصحتني انزل بالربيع علشان اقدر اطلع و الف بفلسطين ولا شو رأيكم

و كيف بأدر انزل ، لازم أروح عالسفارة السرائيلية تأعمل فيزا مزبوط ؟؟

i can't beleive it what i did yesterday ,i arrived doha at 2:30 ,el-f6oor hoon at 5:30 yaaai ,w 3l-7 kont bil-mall doing shopping with 400 QR ,w 7amalit mama el-mas2oolieh inhom bidhom yejeeboni 3la doha w lazem tit7amalooni b-kul masaw2i hehe ..

so still i didn't miss amman (bs balash) ,i started sending my c.v. out so i can get a job by the end of ramadan inshallah ,or maybe more bima inno hoon 7balhom 6aweeleh ...

so that's all about my first day in qatar ..

Bags are packed , house is empty and no one left to stay ..

it's been a long time since am NOT waiting this day to come ,but it did...

within 24 hours i will be flying to doha ,another place ,different ppl and a new life ...

it been a gr8 time i spend in amman ,especially the last 2 wks ,they were the greatest ,ppl just made them to be so , and one of them approved that he is the most adorable friend and person on earth ...

so here i am counting the hours this time , with every second passing by it becomes more preciuos than the previous one ...

i want to thank all my friends that my last days better than always ..
