Leaving My Bayt ...

Don't panic or freak out from the title, my relationship with my parents and family is great, but today was my last day in my current Company "Bayt.com"...

this the great place where i worked for the past 6 months , it was my real bayt , we were like a family there ,each one of us was a brother or sister to the other and no one used to hate anyone else ,the best team I've worked with and will do all my life .

in Bayt i learned alot of things , other than team spirit ,i knew how to write formal letters , how to deal with bug heads , preparing job descriptions ,CVs and knowing too much information about alloooooooooot of people .. :P

I've spent this week crying , thinking and not imagining myself in another atmosphere ,specially when i met my new colleagues where all of them are GIRLS and foreign , and when i talk about foreigners it means that am the only Arab girl !!!

i will really miss my bayt , but hopefully will keep in touch with my old friends ..

Its really been a long time since am posting or checking others blogs, dont know if it was because i left to amman for 4 days or was it my job since am really getting deep in my work these days or am just lazy to browse ur pages !!!

Since i have lack of ideas or stories to write about , the reason why i copied the post below from my facebook account which i recevied yesterday and i liked to share it with you ...

نهض من نومه مسرعاً وترك غرفة نومه الايطاليه وذهب الى الحمام التركيوأستحم بالصابون اللبناني لبس بسرعه فانيلته المصنوعه من القطن المصري ثملبس ثوبه الكوري و كاد ان ينسى لبس ساعته السويسريه وخاتمه الذي أتاه هديه من جنوب افريقيا ثم اتت خادمته الفلبينيه وناولته شماغه الانجليزيثم مشى متبختراً على السجاد الايراني حتى وصل الى غرفه الطعام التيأشتراها من بلجيكا ثم ناولته زوجته كوب شاي سيلاني وضع فيه مكعبي سكر منالسكر السوداني ثم أخذ لقمه صغيره من الجبنه الدانماركيه الموضوعه على طبق الصيني ..ـطلب من زوجته الروسيه فنجان قهوه ممزوج بالزعفران الاسبانيقامت زوجته الروسيه وهي تلبس الجلابيه المغربيه المشهوره واتت له بالقهوهالمصنوعه من البن الحبشي فهو لايفضل البن البرازيلي... ثم وضعت عليهاقليلاً من الهيل الكيني في هذه اللحظه طلب سائقه الاندونوسي ليخرج لهسيارته الالمانيه من الكراج فسوف يقودها بنفسه اليوم قام مسرعاً وفتحالتلفزيون الياباني و اداره على القناه الهنديه ثم هب واقفاً بسرعه حتىكاد ان يلمس برأسه الثريا الباكستانيه طلب من الخادمه عمل الغداء اليوم من الرز الهندي الفاخرالممزوج بالتوابل الافريقيه وان تضع معه الحمصالسوري والتبوله اللبنانيه وطعميه مصري وزيت زيتون يوناني ذهب الى مكتبهالمصنوع من الخشب الماليزي وقبل ان يشرع بالعمل اتت له زوجته بالبخورالتايلندي وقالت له انتبه على نظارتك الفرنسيه من حراره البخورلملم اوراقه وملفاته ووضعها في حقيبته السويسريه ثم خرج من المنزل وركبالسياره الامريكيه بدلأ من السياره الالمانيه ثم انطلق مسرعاً ليلحقمحاضرة سوف يلقيها هو شخصياً بإسم:" فلندعم الصـناعة الوطنية"

The week of Nationalities

i believe living in gulf has many advantages , one of them is meeting alot of nationalities other than ppl from your own country .


Well here was my week full of INTERNATIONAL outings..
I started it arguing and discussing things with my Philippino team captain ,asking me if i done my weekend task "to buy him the newspaper since our company ad takes place there only on Saturdays" at the same day a Lebanese training manager came to visit us from Dubai branch whom engaged to a Palestinian guy "ehem ehem"
Then going out the other day with my Indian co-worker to have sheesha and 3arayes b-la7meh, with my recipe of adding lemon slices inside the bread..

The day after dropping my Egyptian colleague to her home since her taxi didn't come and we started chatting and gossiping about stuff happening around, yesterday i spent it with my Lebanese friend going shopping then to the cinema where we really had fun...

Finally today i went out with my palestienian-jordanian family to do some shopping and sit together..

i really enjoyed my multi-national week ..

Since i really out of ideas to write about these days and busy the whole day , even at nights i really have alot of work to do ..

in the past few yrs i wanted to be a model , i asked my mom she was chocked inno it's not from our beliefs and ideas and i felt that wut am thinking of is almost impossible .. :D

1-They have to eat specific kinds of food w sometimes they r nothing !!!!(w btw fee nas mato min wara hay el-shaghleh)

My Best Friend's Wedding ...

Of course am not talking about the movie here ,but my best friend herself ...

last week was full of ocassions and for sure am missing them all ,i had an engagment party ,2 days later a jaha and last thursday was the third ocassion am missing and probably the most important of them all ,My Best Friend's Wedding ...

i used to phone her almost everyday the week be4 her wedding . and she were like "meen bido yefeye3ilna el-3ors ya dandoon (they used to call me em 3aj2a ) , w meen bido yedal a3ed 3indi yerfa3li ma3nawyeeti (am always the problem solver +rafee3it el-ma3nawyat ) w meen w meen w meeen ..

even on the wedding day i phoned her mom
itzakarit el-mathal elly bi2ul "ib3ed ti7la" am i really will do all these stuff if i were in amman ?? , wallah i felt ini kan lazem asafir min zmaan 3shan a7is hada el-i7sas ..

i recevied some of her pictures ,and got to know all the wedding details ,banaaaaat ..

i miss amman alot ,cant wait to see all my friends and beloved ones ..

Noura tagged me , and i've been a little bit late going through most of the blogs and see wut i can write about my 6 things to do before 18.

1- Braces ..

i really recommend wearing teeth braces before the age of 18 since u feel a childish and will never try to wear them afterwords.

2- Bad Habits ..

learning bad habits young will remain with you your whole life and one of these which i really hate is SMOKING ,i guess even if u learned it after 18 u will not be stick to it as much as u started earlier.

3- Good Habits ..

On the other hand learning good habits as praying "as Amjad mentioned before" and fasting the whole month of Ramadan is such a great thing to learn before the age of 18 to get used to it .

4- Working ..

have i ever mentioned before that i worked as a part time job before i joined the university ? as a birthday planner .. , well i really advice everyone to do that so Ur personality will definitely become stronger .

5- Live alone..

well i lived before and after the age of 18 with my sisters while my parents lived in Doha ,it was really a great stage in my life,u learn how to be responsible towards everything and take more care of urself .

Smiling ,laughing and others related ..

I have these 2 BAD habits,and yes i call them bad because lately they are really making me alot of troubles .. !!!

For me smiling is a daily exersise ,i always smile at people everywhere even if i dont know them , sometimes i find it a good way to communicate with others , plus its something kind but i know its embaressing sometimes specially when they just stare and wonder why u r smiling .. !!!

The other bad habbit is laughing , ok here's the story am a girl who where ever i go people tell me that i make the place full of activity and fun ,i really love to laugh,laugh and laugh . i always make jokes just because am happy and want to have fun around , but today i really felt that am exagerating and some people get annoyed from me ..

we were at a meeting when a guy (a moving radio is the best description for him ) he started talking so my deskmate said in a low voice "once he starts to talk we wont be able to leave the office today" so i started to laugh ,and she got punnished from the manager because of me !!! i really felt guilty and she was soo angry and told me that i shouldn't laugh on everything happens ...

I dont know how to quit this behaviuor its embaressing me where ever i go .. !!!

Eid Vacation In Jordan ..

My eid vacation was the best ,started with sickness , proceeded with joy and happiness and ended with tears ...

Since day 1 the adventures began it was "wa2fet 3arafeh" we arrived Jordan at 3 PM ,while we were having our "shawerma el-day3a " , my sister called and her daughter was in the emergency so we went in a hurry to the hospital , while i was standing talking to my sis. i fell down from the tiredness ,so they removed the little gurl from the bed and put me instead .. ,it was soo funny that everything happened in "leilt el-3eid" ..!!!

The eid came i was so happy to spend it with family and friends but didn't take care of myself from the cold so the very next day i caught a cold and stayed sleeping the whole day !!!

But after that all my activities began ,and the active DANA is there again , breakfasts ,lunches and dinners almost everyday ,even my parents were kidding me once and they invited me to lunch in our OWN home ...lol

The best part is ppl were considering me lucky for living and working outside Jordan ,i know its getting expensive but i wont leave it if it was my choice ..

i really had fun there ,my sisters daughter used to tell me "dana dalli 3inna ma tsafri doha" , i really cried when she said that .....

I don't have much to talk about , but it really was the best 10 days EVER and sry for everyone i couldn't contact or meet but plz forgive me i was really buzyyy ...

Happy eid everyone ,merry Christmas and happy new yr ..

Dune Bashing ...

This weekend was just amazing ,and yes finally am having fun in DOHA , so besides the shopping for Amman part ,we went to the desert and made sth. called dune bashing ,its kinda fun ...


The car comes and pick u up from ur house to take u to this very adventurous trip through the desert ,the car keeps on going and coming and jumping ,we didnt stop laughing and screaming all the time (fdee7a ) ,the best part when u slide through the sand ,i felt like i was in a horror movie or sth. when i was walking down sliding w mabsoota 3la 7ali wela i'm stuck and couldnt get up again (SOS) ... !!!!!


I have nth. more to talk about it , because it all happens inside this jeep but it was considered as a good experience and fun in Doha ..

Have i ever told u about sama (سما) , Hala 's younger sister ,going to be 7 months old on November the 2nd ...
So let me tell u about sama's nick name which is "toto" LOL ,yes as u read ,well the whole story started when my sister used to call her soso , and since 7ala doesn't know how to pronounce the "S" letter so she calls her "Toto " and her we began to call her with this nick name ..:D

Yesterday me and my sister were chatting and viewing the webcam ,when she was holding sama and she was -far6a 3la 7alha ,i asked my sister sho malha sama ?? She said that she's pressing the keyboard buttons with her tiny feet ,and i was like 7ayati ma a6yabhaaa ...

El-zaha2 bi3mal 3amaylo ,and that what happened to me the last 3 days ,i started to enter a lot of blogs and reading them starting the day they submit to the blogsphere till these days ...


I liked the way how a blogger (mish adreh atzakar meen hieh) wrote about her bus tales ,and i thought why wouldn't i do the same thing but discovered then that i started this blog ba3id ma ba6alit arkab buses b-4 months .. !!! , liked Diana's idea how she has the courage to write about her mobile inbox (and i may do the same post ) ...

Something lovely also stopped me ,how Mqabbani writes topics about Jordan while he's originally from Syria .. :D , i love the way Mnoosh talks about everything related to Palestine as if she really lived all the stories since el-nakbeh ...

The way Amjad writes about Lebanon as if it's his lover .. , reading Adoosh's blog makes u laugh sometimes and know more about him with his "bas el-7ay" posts lol w i was soo happy to know him in real life ..

Was chocked to find a blog like this for a Gay (entered by mistake) , and have to get an invitation to enter Nostalgia's blog .. !!! (weired)
